JEAN MARTINEAU - President & CEO
Director since 1996. He was also a Director of Wesdome Gold Mines (Toronto) from 1999-2007. He was head of public relations for another publicly traded exploration company between 1993 and 1995. He was assistant manager for a paper and pulp mill in South America between 1988 and 1992. Prior to 1988 he worked as a stockbroker for a large Canadian brokerage company.

PIERRE MONET - Vice President & CFO
He was Vice-President Finance, Administration and Treasurer of the Iron Ore Company of Canada (a subsidiary of Rio Tinto) from 2003 to 2006. From 2000 until 2002, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avestor LLP (a hi-tech company). Prior, from 1995 until 2000, Pierre was Vice President Finance of Alliance Forest Products Inc., a public company listed on the TSX and NYSE.

IVÁN QUIROZ - Vice President Operations, Peru
A mining engineer and metallurgist, and a member of the Collegio de Ingenieros del Perú, having graduated from the National University of Engineering in Lima, Peru in 1981. He has worked with several major Peruvian mining companies and has focused his career on mining and metal refining. From 1999 to today, he has played an active role as General Manager and Director of the Company.

ALONSO SÁNCHEZ - Chief Geologist
A geologist having graduated from the Universidad National de Ingeniería (1995). He worked 11 years for the mining company Buenaventura S.A.A. (Peru); 5 years as mine geologist and 6 years as exploration geologist. He is experienced in epithermal gold, silver, tin, tungsten, and polymetallic deposits, and Skarn-type deposits in Peru and Bolivia.
