RENÉ BRANCHAUD - Chairman of the Board
Has been practicing law since 1983. He is a partner with the law firm Lavery, de Billy. He is also on the Board of Directors of Dacha Capital Inc. and secretary of Continental Resources Ltd.

JEAN MARTINEAU
Director since 1996. He was also a Director of Wesdome Gold Mines (Toronto) from 1999-2007. He was head of public relations for another publicly traded exploration company between 1993 and 1995. He was assistant manager for a paper and pulp mill in South America between 1988 and 1992. Prior to 1988 he worked as a stockbroker for a large Canadian brokerage company.

EDDY CANOVA
He has more than 30 years of experience in the mining sector and is currently executive Vice President of Alexandria Minerals Corp. He has also worked outside of Canada, both in Africa and in South America, and has been involved with gold, base metals, uranium and diamond projects. Mr. Canova has been a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec since 2002. He focuses on moving projects from the exploration phase to the production phase.

ROGER DEMERS
Roger Demers currently serves as Chairman of Audit Committee to Dynacor Gold Mines Inc., and sits on several boards of directors and audit committees. Mr. Demers FCA is a Fellow member of the l’Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec and has extensive expertise in the financial and public accounting sectors having contributed over the last 30 years as a partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT). He is also a certified corporate director “Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC)”.

Dr. RICHARD DEVITRE
He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Services from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He has also been a researcher and faculty member of the University of Geneva and the Université du Québec. He has worked with several mining companies in Val d'Or (Québec) on the safe handling and storage of mine tailings. He has been a consultant for more than 15 years, specializing in communication strategies for international organizations and the private sector.

JOHANNE DUCHESNE

Ms. Duchesne served as a special advisor, corporate finance for two law firms from 2000 to 2008. From 1982 until 2000, she worked for the Commission des valeurs mobilières du Québec (now the Autorité des marchés financiers) where she was Director, Capital markets from 1997 to 2000. Ms. Duchesne supervised all of the capital market's operations. She holds an MBA from the University de Sherbrooke. Ms. Duchesne is also a director of La Mancha Resources Inc.

ROBERT LAPALME
Business finance specialist having an expertise in venture capital, mezzanine financing and in medium and long-term financing. He was with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) until 2008 where he worked with hundreds of companies. Mr. Lapalme holds a bachelor in Finance from the Université Laval and an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
